ClarityYT

Terms of Service

The rules for using ClarityYT. Short, and in plain English — if something here is unclear, that is a fault worth telling us about.

Last updated 14 September 2026

1.Agreeing to this

Using ClarityYT means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it. You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.

2.What ClarityYT is, and what it is not

ClarityYT reads your own YouTube data and gives you analysis, suggestions and drafts based on it. It is a tool for thinking with. It is not an oracle, and nothing it produces is a promise.

Specifically, ClarityYT does not promise that:

  • Following its suggestions will grow your channel, your views, your subscribers or your income.
  • Its analysis is complete. It reads what YouTube's APIs expose, which is a lot about numbers and nothing about your editing, lighting or audio — the app says so where that matters rather than guessing.
  • Its output is correct. It is generated by an AI model, and AI models get things wrong. Check anything before you act on it.
  • Any particular title, thumbnail or idea will perform better than another. Where the app shows evidence from your own numbers, that evidence is real; the recommendation built on it is still a judgement.

You are responsible for what you publish on your channel. ClarityYT suggests; you decide.

3.Your account

Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Connect only channels you own or are authorised to manage. Connecting someone else’s channel without their permission is a breach of these terms and of YouTube’s, and we will close the account.

4.Fair use

Do not do any of the following:

  • Script, automate or otherwise drive the app faster than a person could use it. The app stops requests that arrive at machine speed, and repeatedly tripping that guard will close your account.
  • Resell ClarityYT's output as your own service, or run it on behalf of other people's channels as a business without asking us first.
  • Try to get around plan limits — multiple accounts for one channel, or anything similar.
  • Attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or access anybody else's data.
  • Use it to generate anything unlawful, or anything that breaks YouTube's own terms.

ClarityYT runs on a shared daily AI allowance. When it is nearly spent the app pauses background work first so that anyone actually waiting on a result still gets one, and when it is fully spent you can queue work for the next day. That is a capacity limit, not a fault, and the app tells you which one you have hit.

5.Free and Pro

Free
Costs nothing and needs no card. It includes 3 channel reviews, 6 idea batches, 10 title packs and 2 thumbnail concepts a month, plus a daily allowance of chat messages and scripts. Limits reset monthly or daily as shown on the Pricing page.
Pro
₹399 a month, or ₹3,990 a year. It lifts those limits and adds Video Review, where the AI watches an actual video. Both plans use the same AI model with the same settings — Pro is not a faster or smarter queue, it is a larger allowance.

We may change what a plan includes or what it costs. If a change makes your plan worse or more expensive, it applies from your next billing period, not the current one, and you are free to cancel before then.

6.Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details — only a reference to the subscription and whether it is active.

Billing
A Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly depending on which you chose, until you cancel it.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — Pro keeps working until then, and the account moves to Free afterwards. Nothing you generated is deleted when that happens.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded pro-rata for a period you have started, because the AI usage inside it has already been spent. If the service was unusable for a meaningful part of a period, or you were charged in error, write to us and we will sort it out — we would rather refund you than argue.

Taxes, where they apply, are added at checkout and shown before you pay.

7.Your content and ours

What you put into ClarityYT stays yours — your channel data, and anything you type. You give us permission to process it only so far as it takes to run the features you asked for. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what that means.

What ClarityYT generates for you — reviews, ideas, scripts, titles, thumbnail concepts — is yours to use however you like, including commercially. We claim nothing over it. Bear in mind that AI output is not always unique, and that we cannot promise nobody else has been given something similar.

The app itself — its code, design, name and wording — remains ours.

8.Service availability

ClarityYT depends on Google’s YouTube and Gemini APIs and on its hosting and database providers. When one of those is down or has changed its rules, parts of the app will not work, and that is outside our control. We do not offer an uptime guarantee, and there is no compensation for downtime.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we shut the service down entirely, we will give notice where we can, and your export remains available until the end.

9.Ending it

You can stop at any time: cancel Pro, or delete your account outright in Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 3 or 4, or where we are required to. Where it is reasonable to warn you first, we will.

10.Limitation of liability

ClarityYT is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost views, lost revenue, lost subscribers, lost opportunities, or damage to a channel — arising from your use of the app or from anything it suggested. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you have paid us nothing.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be excluded.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the new version applies from then. If you do not accept a change, stop using ClarityYT and delete your account.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
